These are the questions we hear most often:

When will my order be processed?

All in-stock orders of our residential power washers, industrial power washers, power washers accessories and power washer replacement parts are shipped within 2-3 business days. All orders are shipped complete, if items are backordered, the order will be held until the item arrives. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide at checkout, and upon placing your order, your credit card will be charged.

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

In-stock orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and delivery takes 7-10 business days depending on location and shipment method. Shipment confirmation DOES NOT get sent, please contact customer service for an update on your order.

 

How do I cancel an order once it has been processed?

For faster processing, please contact our customer service at 1-866-235-5112 for any order questions or cancellations. Cancellation is not guaranteed once order has been processed, please see our returns & exchanges for additional details.

 

Is AR Blue Clean’s ordering process secure?

When making a credit card purchase, your credit card number is safely entered via a secure server that encrypts all information submitted. We guarantee that every transaction you make is 100% safe. What are you going to do with my personal information?

AR North America never sells any personal information about our customers to third parties.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

 

How do I return a product that I purchased online?

AR North America is committed to making customer satisfaction a priority, and we understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item. You can return your merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or replacement with no questions asked. Product may be subject to a restocking fee.  To start the process for a return, please call 1-866-235-5112 or email info@arnorthamerica.com.

Items returned must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and proof of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender.

AR North America is not responsible for any freight costs when product is returned. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns must be in “as new” conditions and boxed in the original packaging. You will receive your credit within 5-10 business days of when we receive the returned item.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship mainly to the United States and Canada. Because customs policies vary from country to country, please verify importation policies with your country’s Customs Department to avoid unexpected Customs fees or duties. We are not responsible for any taxes, fees, or duties charged by your country’s Customs Department.
