AR North America is committed to making customer satisfaction a priority, and we understand that sometimes it is necessary to exchange or return an item. Returns must be in “as new” conditions and boxed in the original packaging. You will receive your credit within 5-10 business days of when we receive the returned item. Note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items returned for warranty consideration must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and proof of purchase. All unauthorized returns will be refused and shipped back to sender. AR North America is not responsible for any freight costs associated with unauthorized returns. Of course, you will not be responsible for shipping costs on warranty merchandise being returned to you.
